Postives: Scheduling was easy and the service was fast. The technicians were friendly and professional. Negatives: The replacement windshield has a band of distortion across the bottom. It's especially noticeable when there is a line on at edge road (almost always). The window trim does not match the OEM trim. The installation of the trim should have been better. Scratches on driver side A pillar. Adhesive on hood.

I experienced excellent customer service at Safelite! As soon as i arrived, I was greeted with pleasantries and was reassured that my vehicle would be ready within the half hour. I had the pleasure of observing the technician work on my vehicle and was absolutely amazed at how meticulous he was! He was very careful and made sure to clean my windshield afterwards and checked to make sure there weren't any streaks! He treated my vehicle as though it was his own and I really appreciated that because that's quality service! I regret not asking for his name because I would have mentioned it in this review. Thank you so much for the great work and I am very satisfied! π

I knew it would be βall dayβ when I dropped it off at 9:30 but when I called at 1pm they assured me they were working on it and would text me shortly with the update. I came in at 4:30 (they close at 5pm) to get a text that said they started working on my car and I sat there for another hour waiting. Do NOT schedule a drop off appointment unless you donβt need your car for 8+ hrs. I donβt care about the length of time I care that I was lied to.

Worst experience with a glass company I've had! Left glass all over my driveway and inside my cup holders and trash aswell. They also broke plastic off the passenger door of my car and have yet to reach out to me to make it right. Very unprofessional and will not be returning. Safe yourself the headache.

I have pictures of damage to my vehicle that took place while getting my back window installed on 10/22/2025. Attached are the pictures of the damage. The damage consists of a deep dent on top of roof, damage to clear coat from use of heat gun, to remove factory rear spoiler. The technician Nicholson that did the work on my vehicle was very pleasant and had great customer service. Unfortunately it seemed as if he was struggling to replace the window on my vehicle. He repeatedly had to look up videos on βhow toβ remove 3rd brake light and was struggling with the removal of rear factory spoiler. He arrived at my location around 1pm. He was working on vehicle for over an hour before he informed me that he needed me to drive my vehicle to the shop in order to complete service. I asked him politely if he was going to have me follow him there and he stated to go to the shop and he will meet me there. I confirmed it was the shop located on Old Niskyuna Road in Latham NY. He told me yes. I drove my vehicle over to the location. At the time my window was already missing and had to drive vehicle with missing window and glass being dropped while driving. Not Safelites fault but an inconvenien
